CAMP GET WELL SOON

Join us for our Spring '24 installment of Camp Get Well Soon at Assembly! This will be our only Hampton Roads Camp this year so make sure you pull up and carve out a few hours of your Saturday for a day centered around wellness and community!  For those who have been before you know the drill, for all the newcomers the day starts with a short guided meditaion, followed by a yoga class, then an art therapy activity and discussion, some nourishment (lunch!) and commences with a restorative sound healing session!

In line with the season, our guided meditation will focus on "Planting Seeds of Intention" and our beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow will feature a "Spring Fling" playlist (think Amerie 'Why don't we fall in love").
