Join us for a morning centered around being kind to your mind! Our Camp Wellness will take place at Yours Truly in Washington DC and includes meditation, yoga, art, wellness based discussion and sound healing!

About the Event

We're taking Camp Get Well Soon on the road and our first stop is Your's Truly Hotel in Washington DC! This will be our first Camp outside of the 757 and we had to start with a place that is very special to both of us, so make sure you pull up and carve out a few hours of your Saturday for a morning centered around wellness and community!  For those who have been before you know the drill, for all the newcomers the day starts with a short guided meditation, followed by a yoga class, then an art therapy activity and discussion, and commences with a restorative sound healing session!

In line with the season, our guided meditation will focus on "Planting Seeds of Intention" and our beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow will feature a "Outkast" playlist (because who doesn't like to move to OutKast?!).

As we all create mini white air drying clay trays, soap dishes, vases etc. inspired by @somthings2021 (soooo cute!)  we will participate in a communal round table discussion/Q&A session led by Virginia and Zahra on change, growth and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset amidst life's fluctuations. Drawing from personal experiences, psychological insights, and practical wisdom, we will explore various approaches to cultivating resilience, maintaining mental well-being, and fostering personal development amidst adversity. Let's immerse ourselves in creativity and share tools and experiences to help us cultivate optimisim together.  Please bring a small cardboard box to take your charcuterie home in to air dry.

With the upcomming new moon on May 7th our commencing Sound Bath will focus on harnessing the potent energies of the full moon to promote deep healing and transformation; preparing us for renewal and growth.

Move your Body and relax your mind! Partake in a cozy and comforting conversation related to well-being! Get creative! Build like minded community! AND most importantly be yourself and have FUN! Can't wait to see you sooooon! 

As our schedule is really tight we ask that everyone arrive on time - late arrivals will have to enter in between activities.
