In honor of Earth Day 2023 join us for two special classes held at Assembly - a Collective Grounding Meditation and a Neptunes Produced Futuristic Flow! If the weather permits we might even be on the roof!

About the Event
In honor of Earth Day we will be hosting two classes at Assembly - allowing for a bigger group, in one of our most favorite spaces! The first will be a collective grounding meditation (in honor of Earth Day of course) which begins promptly at 9:15 am, the second will be a Neptunes Produced Futuristic Flow (narrowing down a playlist was hard as their catalog is iconic! ) immediately following at 10:00. Come relax your mind or move your body, or both! We can't wait to see y'all!!
Oh, one last thing, please bring a yoga mat if you have one available + please arrive 5 min's prior to the start of the session =-)
