Now that we've got the couples out the way it's time to celebrate YOU! Join us on February 18th from 5 - 7P for a cosmic evening of movement, sound, and community! The evening will commence with a communal group Tarot reading to frame our practice and guide intentions, followed by reflections to support your journey of self discovery. Ursala and Ceara will then lead us in harmony through Candlelit Cosmic Gong Yoga (think Restorative/Yin while bathing in Gong therapy + an extra long vinyasa + sound).  We will explore a series of slow, grounding postures held for longer durations, targeting the deep connective tissues. The gong (and other sound modalities) will be used, corresponding to the movement, signaling the length of time the poses are held.  Promote flexibility, calm the nervous system, and  release stress during this blissful evening of movement and sound! The evening will conclude with a  warm cup of tea, socialization and reflection.  Our chosen tea blend will include fruit, herbs and healing properties in line with Pisces season which begins on the 19th!
