High Tide and Get Well Soon have teamed up to produce this one-day women's wellness pop-up which is the first event of The Flower Power Series. The pop-up is an official Something in the Water Festival Event, providing women the opportunity to learn, reflect, relax and leave feeling reenergized.

High Tide, founded by Antonio Dowe and Nathaniel "FAM-LAY" Johnson was created to educate and build awareness around the myriad of health and business opportunities in cannabis available in legal markets to date. The brand aims to actively dispel cannabis-related misconceptions and ensure equitable opportunities within the industry.

Get Well Soon was founded by Virginia Thornton and Zahra Ahmad to cater to a need they saw in themselves and in their community. Both founders suffered anxiety and depression in silence due to major life events such as loss and relocation. After realizing that many of their friends and family experienced similar issues, both Virginia and Zahra made a commitment to creating a fun and welcoming environment for self-care and healing. Get Well Soon offers a variety of services, classes, events, and more to help clients achieve healthier minds and bodies.

At this Women and Wellness Pop Up attendees can participate in activities proven to enhance emotional and physical well-being. The pop-up will also educate and build awareness around the myriad of health benefits cannabis can offer. The day will close with a special treat, a Girl Talk: "It's Time to Check-In" featuring Virginia Thornton and Zahra Ahmad of Get Well Soon. 

All registrants will receive a special VIP gift as a gesture of gratitude and to keep the good energy flowing well after the event ends.
