Full Moon Sound Bath and Burn Release

Spring has almost sprung! Join us next Thursday to experience the transcendent synergy of nature's rhythm and the healing power of sound to usher in the "Worm" Full Moon.  Our Full Moon Sound Bath and Burn Release session is a gathering designed to help you harness the potent energy of the full moon, releasing what no longer serves you and inviting in new intentions. 

As you arrive, you'll be greeted by the serene ambiance of our calming space. Take a moment to settle in and connect with your breath, allowing yourself to let go of the stresses of the day, and connect with the energy of the upcomming 'Worm' moon setting your intentions for the evening. With the support of healing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

As the sound vibrations wash over you, you'll feel tensions melting away, and layers of stress and negativity gently lifting from your being. This sonic bath helps to clear energetic blockages, balance your chakras, and promote a sense of harmony and well-being.

Next we'll transition into the burn release ceremony. The ceremony is totally optional so feel free to simply bask in a moment of stillness if you do not wish to participate. Should you wish to participate, each participant will have the opportunity to write down anything they wish to release or let go of onto a piece of paper. These could be negative thought patterns, old habits, fears, or anything else holding you back from living your fullest life.

With reverence and intention, we'll release our written intentions into flames, symbolically surrendering them to the transformative power of the full moon. As the paper burns away, visualize the energy of your intentions being transmuted into light and love, freeing you from their grip and creating space for new blessings to enter your life. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and empowered to move forward with renewed purpose and vitality.
