TEA CEREMONY + SOUND BATH (8/17):

Join Kelley Farlow at Get Well Soon for an evening of herbal nourishment (tea) and sound bath meditation.  In honor of Leo season, we will be working with a blend of Solar ruled herbs that support vitality, intuitive connection and cardiovascular function, while also balancing the mind and promoting a sense of inner confidence. Solar herbs are expansive and brightening, they uplift the spirit, welcome inspiration and imagination, and energize the mind and body.

CELESTIAL DINNER + SOUND BATH (8/18):

Join Kelley Farlow at Get Well Soon for a relaxing and nourishing evening featuring organic seasonal dishes (Virginia and Zahra will be the sous chefs =-) ) and a full hour of sound bath meditation.  Just like each of the zodiac signs is ruled by a specific planet, the same principles can be applied to herbs, spices, plant based foods and flowers.  The menu will be focused around Solar, Mercurial and Lunar ruled ingredients to honor the current astrological season we’re in (Leo),  the upcoming season we are approaching (Virgo), as well as the Moon since it is ever changing with its waxing and waning cycles. The dishes will be discussed in detail;  explaining the benefits of the ingredients and how they relate to current astrological cycle.  The food will also be served with flower essence infused water and a calming, cooling herbal tea.
