On July 22nd, Ms. Maglieri leads you on a journey through mindfulness, answers your questions on common misconceptions, teaches you how to incorporate a meditation practice into your daily routine and will lead a group tea ceremony. You will be able to take home your branded Get Well Soon mug too!
