About the Event
Kick off your Sunday Funday with some outdoor movement on the roof at Assembly. Rylan will be leading us in an Usher Wellness Flow that's sure to be revitalizing and fun! If you haven't made it to the Usher tour yet, don't worry, we got you covered! There are few playlists that beat this one (chef's kiss!).
Please arrive 5 minutes early to secure your spot as the front door will be locked promptly at 10.
Please bring a mat (we will only have a few there).
Please wear a smile and feel free to bring a friend.
(If weather doesn't permit class will be moved inside).
